About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Hopefuls Store website or order from us. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them, along with any rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded.

Products and personalization

We aim to show products, colours, sizes and prices accurately. Screens and handmade processes can cause small differences. Personalized items are made from the details you approve, so please check spelling, names and photos carefully before confirming.

Your photos and text

You confirm you have the right to use any photo, logo, design, name or message you send us. Do not send unlawful, infringing, abusive or misleading content; we may refuse it. We use your content only to make and support your order.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges depend on your PIN code and are shared before your order is confirmed. Payment is by Cash on Delivery or as agreed with you. A screenshot or unverified message is not treated as proof of payment.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order request does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may contact you to confirm personalization, address or payment details. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

WhatsApp orders

The "Order on WhatsApp" button only opens a pre-filled message. It does not send the message, complete an order or prove payment. An order is confirmed only when we confirm it with you.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations follow our Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies.

Intellectual property

The Hopefuls Store name, logo, designs and website content belong to Hopefuls Store and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over Kupwara, Jammu & Kashmir.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
