How to cancel
Contact us on WhatsApp or through the contact form as soon as possible with your order details.
Before production
If we have not started making your item, we will cancel your order.
After production or dispatch
Once a personalized item is being made or has been shipped, it usually cannot be cancelled, because it is made just for you.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, details cannot be confirmed, or content cannot be printed. We will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
Refunds
If a cancellation is accepted and you have paid, the refund is sent to the same payment method or account within 4–7 working days.
