Your name, email, phone and WhatsApp number; delivery address and PIN code; the items you order and their status; names, messages and photos you share for personalization; and messages you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.

Payments

Orders are currently paid by Cash on Delivery or arranged on WhatsApp. This website does not collect card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords. If online payment is added later, it will be handled by a payment provider and this policy will be updated.

How we use information

To make and deliver your order, handle cancellations, returns and refunds, reply to your messages, prevent fraud and misuse, keep basic records, and meet legal obligations. We send promotional messages only where allowed, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Personalization photos and content

Please share only photos, names and messages you are allowed to use. We use them only to make your product and support your order, and only people who need them for this can access them.

Sharing information

We share only what is needed with delivery partners, our website hosting and database provider, and professional advisers, or where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and storage

Your bag is saved on your own device so it stays when you come back. We do not use advertising cookies.

Security and how long we keep it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and only the store admin can access stored messages and orders. No online system is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for your order, disputes, accounting and legal obligations.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Some information may need to be kept where the law requires it or to resolve an order.
